Mamie Gummer, the eldest daughter of acting legend Meryl Streep, has reached a settlement in her divorce from Mehar Sethi, bringing the legal process closer to completion.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the 'Good Wife' actress informed a Los Angeles court on Friday that she and Sethi have agreed on a settlement and are ready to move forward with ending their marriage. Gummer originally filed for divorce in February 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.
At the time of filing, Gummer sought joint legal and physical custody of their two children, son Peter and daughter Mary, as well as spousal support. She also requested that the court terminate any ability for Sethi to receive support from her. The specific terms of the settlement regarding custody and financial support remain confidential.
Gummer and Sethi were married in February 2019, just two weeks before the birth of their son, who is now 7 years old.
This marks Gummer's second divorce. She was previously married to actor Benjamin Walker.
