A man was arrested on Wednesday after a woman reported that he exposed himself and masturbated in a McDonald's parking lot near Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the incident occurred when the woman was sitting in her car in the parking lot adjacent to the fast-food restaurant. She told deputies that a man, later identified as Gavin Blakely Jones, parked behind her, exited his vehicle, pulled out his penis, and began masturbating.
The woman stated that Jones made eye contact with her during the act, indicating he was aware of her presence. When she tried to drive away, Jones allegedly followed her. She drove to nearby Blizzard Beach, a Disney water park, where she flagged down a deputy.
Deputies spoke with Jones, who denied exposing himself. However, he claimed that due to a medical condition, he "is not always aware of when he is scratching his pubic region."
Jones was booked on a misdemeanor charge of exposure of sexual organs. TMZ has reached out to him for comment but has not received a response.
The investigation is ongoing.
