Megaworld Accelerates P21-B Property Handover, Boosting National Development

MANILA, Philippines — Megaworld Corp., led by Andrew Tan, is poised to deliver approximately P21 billion worth of high-value properties this year, marking a significant acceleration in its nationwide township development strategy.

"Each of these projects offers a development milestone for us, since these are designed to provide jobs, foster innovation and become catalysts of growth in areas where we are present," said Lourdes Gutierrez-Alfonso, president and CEO of Megaworld.

The handovers will encompass residential, commercial, and tourism-oriented projects across key growth regions, reinforcing the company's commitment to expanding its footprint beyond Metro Manila.

Among the flagship developments scheduled for turnover is the P12-billion Sunny Coast Residential Resort in Westside City, Parañaque. This two-tower complex, situated near Entertainment City, features units with private balconies and select one-bedroom bi-level layouts designed to maximize views of Manila Bay.

In Bulacan, the P8-billion Northwin Main Street spans 16 hectares within Northwin Global City. Inspired by New York City's Fifth Avenue, this central business district will offer commercial and shophouse lots integrated with parks, corporate towers, and retail spaces in a walkable environment.

Meanwhile, in Palawan, Paragua Beach Village forms part of the eco-tourism township Paragua Coastown. This development provides beachside residential lots near forest parks and commercial areas, including the Porto Boutique Hotel and Mercato Shophouse District.

Looking ahead, Megaworld is expanding its pipeline with new projects such as Ilocandia Coastown in Laoag City and San Benito Private Estate in Lipa City, developed in partnership with the team behind The Farm at San Benito. These initiatives are expected to anchor future flagship developments as the company strengthens its presence in emerging provincial markets, driving job creation and regional economic growth.
