Mercedes-Benz has unveiled a high-performance electric version of its AMG GT 4-door coupe, capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in just 2 seconds. The new model, part of the brand's push toward electrification, combines AMG's signature design with cutting-edge EV technology.
"This is the most powerful AMG we've ever built," said an AMG spokesperson.
The electric powertrain delivers over 1,000 horsepower, enabling blistering acceleration while maintaining the luxury and refinement expected from the German automaker. The car features a 100 kWh battery pack, supporting fast charging and providing a range of approximately 300 miles.
Production is set to begin next year, with deliveries expected in early 2026. Pricing is expected to start around $200,000.
