The testing process was extensive. Over three days, ten juicers—including four slow (cold-press or masticating) models, four fast (centrifugal) models, and two citrus-specific juicers—were assessed. Each machine processed an orange, apple, carrot, and spinach leaves, with juice yield measured to the milliliter. Additional tests measured heat generation, noise levels, ease of cleaning, and overall functionality.
