Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen faced off in a Utah courtroom on Wednesday as they continued their bitter custody battle over their 2-year-old son, Ever. The hearing lasted nearly two hours, with both sides presenting allegations of domestic violence.
Judge ruled to extend protective orders for both parties for three years, ordering them to stay away from each other. However, no final custody decision was made; the court urged both parents to continue mediation.
The 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star and Mortensen will return to court on June 1. In the meantime, they will receive a written recommendation from the judge on parenting time.
Currently, Mortensen holds temporary primary custody, while Paul is allowed up to 8 hours of supervised visitation per week. The couple must negotiate parent time weekly.
