Imperial Lifelong Learning has launched a five-day on-campus program titled "Leadership in a Technology Driven World," designed to equip executives with the skills to guide teams through rapid technological change.
In a recent pre-program webinar hosted by Russell Miller, Director of Learning Solutions and Innovation, participants were given an overview of the curriculum. The program combines coaching, case studies, self-reflection, and expert insights to help leaders understand their personal leadership style, strengthen adaptability, and build strategies for navigating shifting technological landscapes.
Participants will work alongside international peers, gaining clarity on their leadership strengths and developing confidence and resilience for the digital age. The course is tailored for executives with team leadership responsibilities who want to become future-ready leaders.
