NBI Seizes 2 kg of Shabu, Arrests Suspect in Quiapo Drug Bust

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) confiscated approximately two kilograms of methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as shabu, and arrested a suspect during a drug bust operation in Quiapo, Manila. The operation, conducted by NBI agents, resulted in the seizure of the illegal drugs with an estimated street value of several million pesos. The suspect is now in custody and faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act. Authorities continue to investigate the source of the drugs.
