Bryson Bryant, the eldest son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes, is behind bars after a judge ruled he violated his probation, according to jail records obtained by TMZ.
Bryant was booked on May 1, 2026, and remains held in a Georgia jail on charges including failure to pay child support, probation violation, and failure to appear. His bond has been set at $27,000.
The probation violation stems from a 2024 incident in which police say he was found with fentanyl. During that encounter, Bryant allegedly gave officers a false name—claiming to be NeNe's youngest son, Brentt Leakes—leading to charges of giving a false name and possession of a controlled substance. He later took a plea deal that saw the drug charge dropped in exchange for a 12-month probation sentence.
As part of that deal, Bryant was ordered to pay $500 in fines, complete 40 hours of community service, submit to random drug tests, and undergo a drug evaluation. Court documents filed on June 2 show prosecutors allege he failed to report to his probation officer, complete the substance abuse evaluation, perform community service, or make any payments toward the fine.
NeNe Leakes has previously spoken publicly about her son's struggles with addiction, stating that he needs counseling and has battled substance abuse for years. She has spent significant money on rehab stints, but so far with little success.
