New Bodycam Footage Reveals Chaotic Scene of Mackenzie Shirilla's Deadly Crash

Newly surfaced bodycam footage from the 2022 crash that killed two people shows police officers racing to the scene in Strongsville, Ohio, where a mangled vehicle lay wrecked against a building.

The video begins with officers arriving at the site of the violent collision. They quickly move toward the destroyed car, surveying debris scattered across the area. Officers can be heard communicating with dispatch and coordinating with other first responders as they secure the scene.

The footage captures the confusion and urgency in the immediate aftermath — an emotionally charged scene as the reality of the tragedy begins to unfold.

Mackenzie Shirilla was convicted in 2023 after prosecutors argued she intentionally drove nearly 100 mph into a building, killing her boyfriend Dominic Russo and his friend Davion Flanagan. She is currently serving concurrent life sentences with parole eligibility in 2037.

The release of the bodycam footage comes after Netflix's documentary "The Crash" brought renewed attention to the case.
