Nipsey Hussle's Estate Settled: Late Rapper's Children Receive Equal Shares of $11 Million Fortune

The children of the late hip-hop icon Nipsey Hussle have officially received their inheritance, bringing closure to a multi-year legal process regarding his $11 million estate.

According to recently obtained court documents, the rapper's two children—17-year-old Emani and 9-year-old Kross—have each been awarded an equal 50 percent share of the estate. While the exact cash figures distributed to the minors remain under court seal, the payout includes a combination of liquid cash and other significant assets.

The estate has been managed by Nipsey's brother, Blacc Sam, since the rapper's untimely death. This final distribution arrives after years of legal friction between Blacc Sam and Emani's mother, Tanisha Foster, over the control of the inheritance. The opposing parties finally reached an agreement last year, paving the way for the children to receive their respective trusts.

Actress Lauren London, Nipsey's longtime partner and the mother of Kross, formally signed documents acknowledging the receipt of her son's financial share. Beyond cash, court filings revealed that the estate's portfolio included a 2012 Chevy Suburban, highly valuable trademarks, and ownership interests in various enterprises, most notably his famous brand, The Marathon Clothing company.

Born Ermias Asghedom, Nipsey Hussle was tragically gunned down outside of his South Los Angeles clothing store in March 2019 at the age of 33. The final settlement of his estate ensures that the Grammy-winning artist's hard-earned legacy will continue to support his children for years to come.
