Peter Falk married Alyce Mayo in 1960, and the couple adopted two daughters: Jacqueline and Catherine. Peter Falk was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and dementia in the 2000s and passed away on June 23, 2011. He was best known for his iconic role as Lt. Columbo in the long-running television series 'Columbo.'
