Placebo Unveil Heavier Rework of ‘Lady of the Flowers’ from Upcoming ‘Re:Created’ Album

Placebo have released a new version of their classic track ‘Lady Of The Flowers’, reimagined as part of their upcoming album ‘RE:CREATED’. The reworked song features heavier instrumentation, layered production, and a more prominent vocal performance from frontman Brian Molko.

The band previously announced the ‘RE:CREATED’ project last month, which reinterprets their 1996 debut album to mark its 30th anniversary. Alongside the record, Placebo will embark on a UK and European tour, performing tracks exclusively from their first two albums. The new album is set for release on June 19 via Elevator Lady Ltd through AWAL.

‘Lady Of The Flowers’ follows the earlier release of a reworked ‘Bruise Pristine’, offering fans a second taste of the forthcoming record. The updated track builds on the original tapes with new instrumentals, adding layers and a heavier sound while keeping Molko's vocals more forward in the mix.
