The Franklin Police Department in Tennessee has confirmed it is actively investigating a claim by "General Hospital" actress Kirsten Storms that her phone was hacked. A police spokesperson told TMZ that the probe centers on allegations that unknown parties are spying on her devices.
Storms first went public with the hacking claim in an Instagram video posted on April 9, where she stated her cellphone had been compromised.
This development comes months after Storms' ex-husband, Brandon Barash, was granted a restraining order against her. In his filing, Barash expressed concerns about their 12-year-old daughter's safety, alleging that Storms had been experiencing "delusions and hallucinations" since mid-2025 and was moving frequently between friends' homes, hotels, and apartments. A friend reportedly told Barash that Storms may have been abusing Adderall.
The judge granted the protective order, and now law enforcement is looking into Storms' claims of digital intrusion.
