Wesley Han, the non-binary actor known for their role in "Power Book II: Ghost," has filed a lawsuit against the Soho Grand Hotel in New York City, alleging harassment and discrimination after being forcibly removed from a women's restroom.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Han was attending a private event at the hotel when a security guard confronted them. Han, who was wearing women's clothing at the time, claims the guard asked women in the area, "Excuse me ladies, have you seen a man enter?" Despite being told no, the guard entered the restroom and prevented Han from washing their hands, then escorted them to the men's room in what Han describes as a humiliating "walk of shame."
Han, who has also appeared in "Russian Doll," "Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens," and the film "Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin," is seeking damages for emotional distress and humiliation.
TMZ reached out to the Soho Grand Hotel for comment but has not yet received a response.
