Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has officially launched the Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue, a P1.99-billion lifestyle hotel that marks the international brand's first entry into the Philippine market. The opening represents a strategic expansion for CLI's hospitality division, CLI Hotels and Resorts, as the company diversifies its revenue streams beyond residential developments.

The 144-room hotel is situated within Astra Centre, CLI's mixed-use development along AS Fortuna Street in Mandaue City. Its location provides convenient access to major business districts like Cebu IT Park and Cebu Business Park, as well as proximity to Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
Designed with a contemporary Cebuano aesthetic, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers. Guest rooms feature modern amenities including high-speed internet and streaming-enabled televisions. The property offers several dining and entertainment options: OUIBAR+KTCHN serves Mediterranean cuisine, RED Deli provides Asian takeaway selections, and The RED Deck operates as a poolside bar.
Additional facilities include a 24-hour fitness center, spa services, a swimming pool, and versatile event spaces named The Studio, The Loft, and the RED Room.
Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue becomes CLI's fifth operational hotel, joining Citadines Cebu City, lyf Cebu City, The Pad Co-Living, and Citadines Bacolod City. The company currently manages 10 hotel projects totaling 1,719 keys, with 827 rooms already operational.
CLI continues to pursue hospitality opportunities in Visayas and Mindanao, with upcoming projects including Mercure Cebu Downtown and Citadines Paragon Davao currently in development.
