The legal drama between "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, Paul "PK" Kemsley, is heating up over child support, custody, and exorbitant spending.
According to recent court documents filed by her powerhouse attorney, Samantha Spector, Dorit is demanding child support and asserting herself as the primary caregiver. The reality star claims she cares for their two minor children 95% of the time, entirely without any financial help in the form of child or spousal support.
Dorit's filing serves as a direct retaliation to PK's recent accusations regarding her spending habits. While PK alleged that Dorit has been blowing her money on luxury fashion and global travel instead of paying the mortgage, Dorit is flipping the script. She claims PK is actually the one draining their funds on lavish personal expenses while neglecting his financial obligations.
Furthermore, Dorit is asking the court to block PK's attempt to sell the family home. She dismissed his warnings of a looming foreclosure as nonsense, insisting that he has more than enough money stashed in the bank to catch up on the property's payments.
The bitter back-and-forth stems from PK's claims that Dorit has spent upward of $1 million on designer clothes and vacations while turning a blind eye to their marital home's mortgage. He alleges that Dorit earns more money than he does and that he is done footing the bill after moving out several months ago.
The estranged couple's fight also extends to custody time. PK claims Dorit repeatedly leaves their children with nannies or her parents rather than giving him the opportunity to see them. In recent filings, he specifically called her out for allegedly dropping the kids off with their grandparents in Florida while she jetted off to Paris for an extravagant birthday celebration.
