Thais Ramone, known for her role on '90 Day Fiancé,' is locked in a legal battle with her estranged husband, Patrick Mendes, over custody of their 3-year-old daughter and financial support.
According to court documents filed by Thais and obtained by TMZ, she is objecting to Patrick's request for primary custody. Instead, the reality star proposes joint legal and physical custody of the child.
Thais also demands that Patrick pay monthly child and spousal support, citing their income disparity. In his own divorce filing, Patrick stated he earns $10,000 per month, while Thais earns approximately half that amount. He did not request support from her.
The couple wed in February 2022 and welcomed their daughter in November 2023. Thais admitted in her filing that the marriage is irreconcilable.
This custody dispute follows a previous domestic battery incident involving the pair, which was captured on police bodycam footage.
