Pinky Cole, known for her role on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and as the founder of the Slutty Vegan restaurant chain, has laid bare her finances in a recent bankruptcy filing that reveals a surprisingly modest income.
According to newly obtained court documents, Cole reports a monthly income of $6,000. In her proposed reorganization plan, she budgets $200 for children’s expenses, $800 for groceries, $80 for gas, $300 for medical costs, $1,574 for Georgia state taxes, and $1,343 for federal taxes. That leaves her with just $1,500 in disposable income each month.
Cole filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in February to address her debts. As TMZ previously reported, she claimed one creditor wrongfully seized one of her properties amid the proceedings.
The filing offers a rare glimpse into the financial reality of a reality TV star and business owner navigating bankruptcy.
