"One of my players stood up in one of my meetings recently and spoke a little about how we have an opportunity to do something special at the end of the season," Rowett told BBC Sport. "OK, it won't quite be what everyone felt we were going to do, but we still have that opportunity and we have to feel that chance. If you don't believe you can do it, then you are simply not going to do it."
