Kazakhstan's Elena Rybakina captured the Stuttgart title with a commanding straight-sets victory over Karolina Muchova in Sunday's final.
World number two Rybakina overcame a competitive opening set before accelerating through the second, securing a 7-5, 6-1 triumph in one hour and eighteen minutes on the indoor clay courts.
This marks the 26-year-old's second championship of 2026, adding to her Australian Open crown from January. It also represents her second Stuttgart victory, a tournament famously awarding a Porsche sports car to its champion.
"I want to say a big thanks to my team, without you guys it wouldn't be possible," Rybakina stated during the trophy presentation. "Thank you for always pushing me to do better and improve every day."
The win continues Rybakina's strong start to the season, while Muchova's runner-up finish follows her Qatar Open victory in February and will position her just outside the world's top ten rankings. Rybakina previously won this event in 2024, though she couldn't immediately drive her prize car at the time due to lacking a driver's license.
