Haeran Ryu stormed into the lead at the Evian Championship with a stunning 11-under 60, the lowest round in major championship history, as overnight leader Lottie Woad stumbled. Ryu, who won the Women's PGA Championship last month, now sits at 19 under par, three strokes ahead of Japan's Akie Iwai. The South Korean's remarkable round included nine birdies and an eagle, narrowly missing a 59 when her eagle putt on the 18th fell short. Woad, 22, carded a one-over 72 to drop into a tie for sixth at 10 under. Ryu is aiming to win her second major in three weeks.
