The Los Angeles farmhouse once shared by reality TV stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix has been sold in a private, off-market transaction, marking the final step in dissolving their shared assets following their highly publicized breakup.
Real estate agent Ashley Fultz of DMF Realty revealed on social media that the Valley Village property went into escrow after a buyer stepped forward with a full-price offer before it could be listed publicly. Fultz indicated the buyer acted preemptively, likely to avoid a potential bidding war.
"All contingencies were removed and we'll be closing this bittersweet chapter in a few weeks!" Fultz wrote in her announcement, though she didn't name the former homeowners directly.
The 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom estate sits on a lot exceeding 7,800 square feet and became a point of contention between the former couple after their 2023 split. The breakup, infamously dubbed "Scandoval" after revelations of Sandoval's infidelity, played out extensively on their show "Vanderpump Rules" and across media platforms.
Madix filed a lawsuit in early 2024 seeking to force an immediate sale of the jointly-owned property. The legal dispute was settled in January of this year, though specific terms remain confidential.
The private sale represents the final severing of their shared financial ties, allowing both parties to move forward separately after their relationship drama captivated reality television audiences for months.
