Saracens kept their Premiership play-off hopes alive with a hard-fought 19-15 victory over Leicester Tigers at StoneX Stadium.
The sides were tied 12-12 at halftime after a frenetic first half featuring four tries. Olly Hartley opened the scoring for Saracens in the fourth minute with a stunning solo effort, dancing past three defenders from 40 meters to score under the posts. Leicester hit back through Freddie Steward's close-range finish after sustained pressure.
With Tigers' Izaia Perese sin-binned, Saracens struck through teenage sensation Noah Caluori, who chipped over his marker on the right touchline, regathered, and touched down in the corner while staying in bounds. Ollie Hassell-Collins then leveled for Leicester just before halftime with a dive in the left corner.
Eroni Mawi powered over from close range early in the second half to give Saracens the lead. Caluori received a yellow card with 20 minutes remaining, and Billy Searle's penalty cut the deficit to 19-15, but Leicester couldn't breach Saracens' resolute defense in the closing stages.
The win keeps Saracens in sixth place, five points behind fifth-placed Exeter with a game in hand. Leicester remain third but missed a chance to close the gap on the top two.
