Shannon Elizabeth, best known for her role as the foreign exchange student Nadia in 1999's American Pie, has made a splash on OnlyFans, earning seven figures in her first week on the platform. The 52-year-old actress launched her account to take control of her narrative, telling People that after decades in Hollywood, she wanted "to show off a more sexy side no one has seen" and connect directly with fans.
CEO of Creators Inc., Andy Bachman, confirmed to Variety that Elizabeth "grossed seven figures in her first week." The actress, who now focuses on conservation work through the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation, said the move allows her to create on her own terms. "I really do think this is the future," she noted.
Elizabeth is just the latest star to rake in significant cash on the subscription platform. YouTuber Piper Rockelle claimed she made $2.9 million on her first day, including $118,000 in tips. Blac Chyna, meanwhile, told Forbes her earnings were around $2 million over two years—far less than the $240 million rumored—before she deactivated her account in 2023.
"I've spent my entire career working in Hollywood, where other people controlled the narrative and the outcome of my career," Elizabeth explained. "This new chapter is about changing that."
Elizabeth, who told Entertainment Tonight she's not naturally comfortable being nude, emphasized her content aims to be authentic and interactive, providing "an unfiltered look at my life and a genuine connection that no other platform allows."
