Exclusive footage has surfaced showing Dayton James Webber, a quadruple amputee facing murder charges, engaging in alarming behavior with friends in La Plata, Maryland, last July. The video, obtained by TMZ, captures Webber performing a headstand against a wall and appearing to snort a substance off a dollar bill held by an off-camera individual. Shortly after, he moves to an open window, lifts a semiautomatic rifle, and fires into the night.
Webber is accused of fatally shooting Bradrick Michael Wells on March 22 during an argument while driving in La Plata, allegedly dumping the body in a yard in Charlotte Hall. He was later arrested in Virginia and charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and other offenses. A professional cornhole athlete and gun enthusiast, Webber's attorneys claim the shooting was an act of self-defense, though he was denied bail. The video adds a disturbing layer to the ongoing legal proceedings, highlighting his activities prior to the alleged crime.
