Sophia Umansky, the 26-year-old daughter of former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky, has shared details about her recent breast lift surgery. The procedure, performed by Dr. Steven Teitelbaum, came after weight loss from the GLP-1 medication Mounjaro left her breasts "hanging real low."
In a TikTok video, Sophia explained that she had been on Mounjaro for over a year, losing weight rapidly at first before gaining some back and finding a balance. The fluctuating weight caused her breasts to lose volume and positioning. She opted for a fat transfer from her hips to her chest to increase volume without implants, a decision her mother supported.
Kyle Richards, who accompanied her daughter to the clinic, expressed relief that Sophia chose not to get implants. Sophia also scheduled lip fillers during the same week. In post-surgery videos, she noted that her hips hurt more than her breasts but ultimately felt confident with the results, captioning one video with "Hii cleavage!"
