New court documents reveal an alleged email from rapper Soulja Boy to his baby mama's attorney, laden with profanity and defiance. The email, obtained by TMZ, shows the rapper responding to a conciliatory message from Jackilyn Martinez's legal team with a vulgar refusal to negotiate.
According to the documents, Martinez's lawyer reached out to Soulja after he spoke with her about resolving the paternity suit she filed in October 2025. The attorney wrote, "Based on your conversation with Jackilyn, it sounds like you both want to resolve the lawsuit amicably, expeditiously, and privately," and asked him to have his lawyer call.
Soulja's alleged reply: "F*** you. Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to."
Martinez filed for legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son, KeAndre Way, and sought child support, claiming Soulja only sends money when she begs. She described him as "extremely volatile" and accused him of deliberately stalling the case. Soulja has yet to respond in court.
