Rapunzel's legendary golden tresses are famous for their magical properties, but at Tokyo DisneySea, they are currently serving a much more practical purpose for the local wildlife.

In a bizarre and amusing theme park mishap, opportunistic crows have been spotted targeting the park's Rapunzel Audio-Animatronics figure. The birds are reportedly swooping in and ripping out strands of the Disney princess's iconic blonde hair, repurposing the synthetic locks as premium building material for their nests.

While Disney Imagineers expertly design these lifelike figures to withstand harsh weather and the gaze of thousands of daily onlookers, it appears they didn't anticipate the local avian residents treating the royal hair as a hardware store. For now, it seems the local birds will be enjoying some of the most glamorous nests in the animal kingdom.
