Ukrainian Strikes Hit Wildberries Warehouses
Ukrainian forces have launched a series of strikes against warehouses operated by Wildberries, Russia's largest online retailer, in a bid to disrupt the company's supply chain. At least two Wildberries warehouses were hit by Ukrainian strikes overnight on Monday, with another site apparently linked to the company also damaged near Moscow.
Local officials reported that at least five people were killed and 10 more injured at an industrial site about 69km south of the Kremlin.
The Ukrainian military has been targeting facilities operated by Wildberries in recent weeks, claiming that the depots supply the Russian military. However, Moscow has denied these allegations.
Russia Reports Intercepting Drones
Russia's defence ministry claimed to have intercepted and destroyed 320 drones overnight, as the conflict between the two countries continues to escalate. Meanwhile, strikes launched by Russia across Ukraine have killed at least four people, according to reports.
Humanitarian Toll Mounts
The conflict has resulted in significant humanitarian losses, with an 89-year-old woman and two girls among those killed or injured in Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities. A food warehouse was also set on fire in Dnipro, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.
