Uniqlo Unveils Southeast Asia's Biggest Logistics Hub in Cavite

Uniqlo has officially opened its largest logistics facility in Southeast Asia in Cavite, Philippines, marking a significant expansion of the Japanese clothing retailer's regional operations.

Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG) and Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. inaugurated the new stock depot on Friday at Riverpark North in General Trias, Cavite. Spanning 6.9 hectares within a mixed-use development district, the hub is designed to elevate logistics standards in the country while supporting Uniqlo's growing business across the region.

FNG, a joint venture between Federal Land Inc., GT Capital Holdings Inc., and Japan's Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., described the facility as "human-centric," serving both as an operational center and a source of employment. The launch reflects ongoing investments in logistics infrastructure, which are viewed as crucial for enhancing supply chain efficiency and facilitating retail growth.

"The project is expected to support both operational efficiency and job creation as demand for integrated logistics solutions continues to rise," noted company officials.

The development follows FNG's successful sale of the first phase of commercial lots in Riverpark North in 2025, with key projects in Bonifacio Global City also progressing toward completion by early 2027. Federal Land reported a net income of ₱522.3 million for the full year 2025, with joint ventures contributing steadily to its performance.
