First, you'll need to locate the blueprint fragments scattered across the map. These fragments are often found in wrecks or data boxes in biomes like the Twisty Bridges. Scan three fragments to unlock the recipe for the improved fins.
Once unlocked, craft the improved fins at a Fabricator using the following materials: 2x Creepvine Sample, 1x Titanium, and 1x Silicone Rubber. Equip them to notice a marked increase in swim speed—perfect for escaping predators or covering long distances.
