Valet Who Won $1.1M Judgment Against Quavo Files to Collect in Georgia

The Las Vegas valet who claims he was slapped by Migos rapper Quavo is now taking steps to collect the $1.1 million judgment he won in court, moving the process to Georgia.

Antonio Henry filed legal documents in Georgia this week seeking to enforce the judgment he obtained against Quavo (real name Quavious Marshall) in Nevada. Henry originally sued the rapper for assault and battery in 2020, alleging that Quavo slapped him during an altercation at the Encore Hotel & Casino in 2018 while Henry was working as a valet and trying to break up a fight.

Quavo denied all allegations. After a trial, a jury ordered Quavo to pay more than $650,000 in compensatory and punitive damages, plus interest and attorney fees, bringing the total to over $1.1 million.

Henry's latest legal move aims to collect that sum from Quavo's assets in Georgia, where the rapper has ties.
