Visayas grid on ‘yellow alert’ again

MANILA, Philippines – The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on Wednesday placed the Visayas under yellow for the second consecutive day. It added three power plants remain unavailable to the grid amid the projected high demand. In an advisory, the operator said the Visayas grid will be under yellow alert from 5 p.m. to
