Andrea Bocelli's luxurious family estate in Forte dei Marmi, Italy, is at the center of a shocking burglary investigation. A U.S. couple staying at the property claims they were robbed of approximately $500,000 in watches, cash, and fine jewelry while they attended dinner on the eve of their wedding.
According to sources close to the couple, the intruders entered the locked villa and even cracked a wall safe that the guests didn't know existed. Despite the alarm being set and no signs of forced entry, the thieves made off with high-end valuables.
The couple alleges that local police botched the investigation, producing a report with major inaccuracies—including false claims that the villa was unlocked and the alarm was off. When they sought compensation from the Bocelli family's representatives, they were reportedly told to "kick rocks" and hit with a cease-and-desist letter instead.
TMZ has reached out to Andrea Bocelli and the estate's representatives but has not yet received a response.
