Prince William and Kate Middleton marked their 15th wedding anniversary with a heartfelt family photograph, showing the couple relaxing in a meadow with their three children: Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 8.
The image, released on April 29, shows the family of five lying in the grass, with George between his parents and Kate flanked by Louis and Charlotte. All are smiling in the sun.
"Celebrating 15 years of marriage," read the caption on the Prince and Princess of Wales Instagram account, accompanied by a red heart emoji.
The couple married at Westminster Abbey in 2011. Their relationship has been marked by mutual support through challenges, including Kate's cancer diagnosis in 2024. In a video announcing her illness, she said, "Having William by my side is a great source of comfort and reassurance."
William has described 2024 as "the hardest year I've ever had," during an episode of The Reluctant Traveler. Kate, who announced she was in remission in early 2025, has since spoken about finding healing in nature.
In a birthday message on January 9, she reflected: "Even in the coldest, darkest season, winter has a way of bringing us stillness, patience and quiet consideration."
