West Ham United manager Nuno Espirito Santo praised striker Callum Wilson for delivering "huge moments" after his 92nd-minute header secured a dramatic 2-1 victory over Everton at the London Stadium.
Wilson, who joined the Hammers from Newcastle in the summer, rose highest to meet a cross from Jarrod Bowen and power the ball past Jordan Pickford, sparking wild celebrations among the home fans.
"Callum gives us huge moments," Nuno said in his post-match press conference. "He is a player who can change a game in an instant. It's a good headache to have when you have someone like him on the bench or starting."
The win lifts West Ham into the top half of the Premier League table, while Everton remain in the relegation zone after a fourth consecutive defeat.
Everton had taken the lead through Dominic Calvert-Lewin's first-half header, but West Ham equalized just before the break when Lucas Paqueta slotted home from close range.
"We showed great character to come back," Nuno added. "The second half was much better, and we deserved the win."
Wilson's goal was his fifth of the season, all of which have come as a substitute.
