Yungblud delivered a heartfelt tribute to Ozzy Osbourne during his concert at Birmingham's Utilita Arena on Thursday night (April 23), as part of his ongoing UK and Ireland 'Idols' tour.

The Doncaster-born artist performed a moving cover of Black Sabbath's 'Changes', a song he previously released as a charity single with Osbourne's approval. Before launching into the track, the crowd chanted Osbourne's name, and a fan sign reading "Ozzy would be proud" appeared on the video screen.

"Dedicating this next song to a dear friend of mine in the sky," Yungblud said, adding, "This goes out to Mr. fucking Ozzy Osbourne!" He confessed he had been nervous about the performance, telling the audience: "I've been shitting myself for days to play this in Birmingham tonight... because you fucking changed my life, man!"

The emotional moment continued as Yungblud promised: "I fucking love Birmingham, and I promise I will come back here every year until I'm fucking dead."

Yungblud's tour, supporting his recent 'Idols' albums, kicked off in Sheffield last week. The Birmingham show marked a special homecoming of sorts for the Prince of Darkness, with Yungblud clearly feeling the weight of performing in Osbourne's hometown.
