Wakefield Trinity ended Super League champions Hull KR's 11-game home winning run with a commanding 20-6 victory at Craven Park.
Harvey Smith opened the scoring early for Trinity, and Caius Faatili added two second-half tries to seal the win. Rovers struggled throughout, failing to score a try and relying on three Rhyse Martin penalty goals for their points.
Trinity's early pressure paid off when Smith found a gap and crossed from close range, though Tyson Smoothy hit the post with the conversion. Hull KR's nightmare start worsened when Peta Hiku was sin-binned for a high tackle.
Martin leveled the score with quick penalty goals, and the teams traded kicks to go into halftime tied at 6-6. In the second half, Faatili powered over from close range twice, with Smoothy converting both to give Wakefield a 20-6 lead.
Mikey Lewis had a try disallowed for a knock-on with 15 minutes left, a crucial moment as Hull KR failed to mount a comeback.
Hull KR head coach Willie Peters said: "I'm very disappointed. We need to look at what happened. That was a really, really poor performance."
