“Well we invited them, hindi ko lang alam if they will come,” Bagaforo said in a social media post of GMA News’ Jonathan Andal on Sunday.

(Well, we invited them, I just don't know if they will come.)

“Sabi nila…They will not stop kung sino [sa] mga kasapi nila [ang] gustong sumama. In other words baka mayroong kaniya kaniya,” he added.

Around 10,000 individuals are expected to participate in the White Ribbon March, an anti-corruption protest drawing various cause-oriented and religious groups.

According to Bagaforo, the religious sectors in solidarity with the event include Muslims, Christians, Protestants, and the Aglipayan Church.

A number of cause-oriented and militant groups were also present at the event that organizers said will draw around 10,000 participants.

As of 2:30 p.m., the Quezon City Police District estimated the crowd at 3,500 participants. Among their calls are accountability from the present administration, legislative reforms and the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte.
