Troy Deeney's Premier League Team of the Week: Isak, Kinsky, Maguire, Hincapie and More

After every round of Premier League matches this season, BBC football pundit Troy Deeney picks his team and manager of the week. Here are his latest selections.

Antonin Kinsky (Tottenham): What a difference two months makes. Kinsky was ridiculed for his Atletico Madrid performance, where he conceded two goals and was substituted after 17 minutes. Many thought he’d never play for Spurs again. But against Wolves, he was solid and commanding, showing a side I didn’t think he had. He made crucial saves, especially tipping a last-minute free-kick over the bar.

Piero Hincapie (Arsenal): After a tough time against Manchester City last week and some trouble from Antoine Semenyo, Hincapie shut down Newcastle’s similar approach. He was great defensively, with key headers and blocks. A really impressive display.

Harry Maguire (Manchester United): Back from a two-game suspension, Maguire’s influence was clear. He provided the assist for United’s opener against Brentford and brought authority to the backline. A solid performer.

Ryan Sessegnon (Fulham): Playing out of position at right-back, Sessegnon was excellent for Fulham. He was one of their best attacking outlets, constantly getting forward, scored a goal, and kept a clean sheet against Villa.

Kevin Danso (Tottenham): Last week’s costly mistake against Brighton could have crushed him, but Danso bounced back with a strong, compact performance in the win at Wolves. Still a bit ropey, but credit for recovering from the abuse.

Sasa Lukic (Fulham): The best player on the pitch against Aston Villa. His runs from midfield were a constant threat, though his teammates lacked the final pass. The Serbian brings energy, spite, and nastiness—a big performance.

Tomas Soucek (West Ham): Another goal for the big fellow. West Ham have tried to move him on repeatedly, but he keeps scoring crucial goals that keep them in games.
