Actress Angela Muji, celebrated for her role in the popular web series "Seducing Drake Palma," is expanding her creative footprint with the debut of "GeLaVie by Vibbi," a new collection of hair and body mists. Developed in partnership with Viva Beauty, this launch represents her second collaboration with the brand, building on her previous role as an ambassador for a successful lip care line.
Muji revealed that the brand name is a personal creation, blending her own name with the French phrase "C'est la vie." "I want to keep creating things like this and be deeply involved," she stated during a recent media event, emphasizing her hands-on role in the product's development. "This goes beyond a typical endorsement—I was involved in the creative direction from start to finish."
She personally curated every aspect of the line, from the scents and their names to the packaging colors. "I chose the scents, the names, and even the bright pastel colors for the packaging," Muji explained. "They're eye-catching for our target audience of preteens and teens, but the line is truly for all ages and genders. These colors just feel more like me."
The collection features three distinct variants: Candy and Cloud, Lush and Lollipop, and Sweet and Swirl. Muji described each as a reflection of her personality: "Lush and Lollipop is clean and fresh, Sweet and Swirl is floral, and Candy and Cloud is sweet. They represent my favorites—floral, fruity, fresh, and sweet."
Formulated with ingredients like aloe vera extract, panthenol, niacinamide, and glycerin, the mists are designed to offer both fragrance and skin benefits. Muji highlighted their subtlety, noting they are ideal for everyday use. "The scents aren't overpowering. They provide a subtle freshness, so you won't feel self-conscious in close-contact situations or hot weather," she said. "With summer here and people heading to the beach or on vacation, this will be their best friend against the heat."
She also pointed out practical advantages for commuters and active lifestyles. "It's perfect for those who ride motorcycles and wear helmets—it helps prevent scents from lingering. As someone who struggles with that, I know it'll be very useful," Muji shared. "The size is just right for your handbag, not too big or small, so you can always feel presentable."
Beyond the product itself, Muji used the launch to advocate for self-care, drawing from her own experiences. "I understand what it's like to be teased and feel insecure growing up. The key to confidence is taking care of yourself—ignore what others say and do it for your own sake," she urged. "When you prioritize your well-being, you feel good and confident, and you stop worrying about others' opinions."
GeLaVie by Vibbi will be available through Viva Beauty's official channels and partner retailers, marking a new chapter in Muji's journey as both an actress and entrepreneur.
