Thermage, celebrating two decades as a leader in non-invasive skin tightening, has launched its first-ever Lift Awards to spotlight women driving meaningful change. The initiative, whose name stands for "Leading Inspirations, Forging Triumphs," will honor 10 exceptional Filipina women whose leadership and influence have made a lasting positive impact across various sectors.
These awardees, chosen for their excellence in fields such as social work, performing arts, journalism, and science, exemplify purpose-driven leadership and success defined on their own terms. According to Thermage, the awards aim to celebrate women who not only excel professionally but also inspire their communities.
Selection criteria focused on transformational leadership, educational achievements, community impact, unique personal narratives, and alignment with Thermage's core values. An internal committee, including Alistair McKeon of Solta Medical, Thermage Philippines brand ambassador Lara Quigaman-Alcaraz, and UN Women National Goodwill Ambassador Karen Davila, oversaw the selection process.
